Life has a way of stirring the depths. You might feel the sting of disconnection or find yourself in relationship patterns you swore you’d never repeat. Anxiety runs on a 24/7 news cycle, and old wounds keep showing up no matter how many hints you’ve given them to leave. Maybe you’re wrestling with spiritual questions, grief that feels too heavy to carry alone, or wondering what any of this is all for. Part of you wants change, while another part doubts it’s even possible. In our work together, all of you is welcome: the tired part, the part that’s hopeful, even the part that offers sarcastic commentary from the back row.
