Life has a way of throwing us challenges that we may not be ready for. My goal is to provide a safe, validating, and supportive space to process through whatever life brings to your table. We will work together to identify your strengths and goals so that you can work toward personal fulfillment, self-empowerment, and balance in all aspects of your life. I incorporate strength-based, trauma informed, person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices to address a variety of struggles from anxiety, stress, and depression to trauma, communication difficulties, and life transitions.
