I'm excited to be on the team at Sanctuary Counseling! We offer professional counseling in a place of peace & beauty. I am passionate about creating a space where my clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I have experience working with at-risk adolescent girls in residential treatment as well as adults with severe mental illness in community mental health settings. These experiences have deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the complex emotional and behavioral challenges clients often face. My areas of focus include trauma recovery, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and behavioral concerns.
