I believe therapy works best when you feel both supported and guided. In our work together, I take an active, hands-on approach to help you understand what’s driving your anxiety or depression and gently shift the patterns that are no longer serving you. You don’t need to come in with clear answers or a perfect plan. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, we’ll slow things down, create structure together, and focus on changes that feel realistic and sustainable. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and confident as you move through life.
