I work with adults and provide care for patients who struggle with grief, loss, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I have extensive experience with Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, but utilize an eclectic approach to therapy based on your past experiences and needs. If you’re stressed out, burned out, grieving, struggling with relationships, or need to process a rough patch in your life I’m here to help. If therapy is a puzzle I support you while you put the pieces together and help you see the bigger picture.
