You contain multitudes; everything that has happened, everything you’ve dreamed, everything that has disappointed you. Carrying that alone can often feel isolating. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where that isolation can be broken. My passion is in supporting clients in growing themselves and healing the way their historic challenges may be impacting their daily lives, relationships, and self-confidence. I am an eclectic and affirming therapist who supports complexity in my clinical practice. I was in many social work roles prior to becoming a therapist and I offer a range of therapeutic approaches. I currently help to support individuals experiencing a wide range of traumatic experiences including religious trauma, disordered eating, partner abuse, and end-of-life issues utilizing a variety of skills, including DBT, CBT, and narrative therapies.
