As a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience, I feel truly honored to support children, adolescents, and young adults during times of struggle, change, and growth. In recent years, I’ve developed a special focus on working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly teens and young adults with ADHD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. I bring a relational, strengths-based approach to my work, combining evidence-based practices with a touch of humor to meet each client where they are. Whether we’re tackling anxiety, depression, or neurodevelopmental differences, my goal is to help clients feel understood and empowered. I am deeply passionate about coming alongside young people to facilitate positive change and growth by creating a warm environment that values each individual’s unique strengths and personality.
