Hi, I’m Morgan. I’m an EMDR-trained Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I help individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma and create more balance in their lives. My work often focuses on challenges like anxiety, depression, compulsive or addictive behaviors, and relationship struggles. I have a special passion for supporting women through postpartum transitions and the many layers of mothering—helping you feel more grounded, resourced, and connected to yourself and your loved ones.
