I work with religious trauma & faith deconstruction, people who have been harmed or alienated by Christian nationalism, neurodivergent burnout from ADHD and autism, complex trauma (C-PTSD), LGBTQ+, "church hurt", BPD, neurospicy entrepreneurs, narcissistic abuse, OCD, and caregiver burnout. I guide clients in finding clarity, purpose, and values-aligned well-being when religious messaging has been used to justify political control and personal oppression.
