Sometimes when we're experiencing something hard, it can feel like there's no one to talk to that gets it. Trauma, anxiety, depression, mood swings, relationship struggles and other challenges can feel too difficult to talk about with the people in our everyday lives. My passion is to help you navigate through these challenges in a way that feels safe and productive. If your child is dealing with behavioral outbursts, your teen is feeling lost and alone, your own personal traumatic experiences feel unmanageable, or your marriage feels stuck, I am here to walk with you through the struggle and find the light on the other side.
