Hi there! I believe that feeling safe and empowered to be all versions of yourself is at the heart of therapy. I am experienced in working with adults navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression and codependency related issues. I also focus on LGBTQ+ related issues, parents/caregivers of neurodiverse individuals and developmental/relational trauma. My aim is to create a warm environment that emphasizes your unique voice, your strengths, compassion and a collaborative relationship.
