Being a child or teen today can be overwhelming for both them and the adults who care about them. I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who works with children, adolescents, and their families, helping them better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and more. I believe kids and teens do their best when they feel safe, understood, and respected. My approach is a collaborative process. I meet my clients where they are and utilize skills to assist them reach their therapeutic goals
