Does life feel harder than you feel it should right now? Maybe you wake up with a weight you can’t even begin to describe. Maybe the relationships that matter most to you (spouse, partner, child, friends) feel strained, or you’re stuck in the same old conflict on repeat, wanting connection, but missing out. There’s a lot happening inside you. It may be frustration, sadness, even worry. And when you try to put words to it, nothing quite fits. You may sense something important is there, but struggle to access it, or to be understood when you try to share it. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you or fitting you into a box. It’s about creating a space to bring all of the parts of yourself, and begin to experience yourself differently. I focus on change through the therapeutic relationship, and draw from EMDR, Gestalt, experiential, and systemic approaches.
