I work with kids and adults who are looking for support in these areas. My approach is reflective, authentic, and collaborative, rooted in interpersonal neurobiology to tailor to your specific needs. I have advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health, which allows me to offer specialized support for caregivers, and completed the 2024 “Being With” training program led by Robyn Gobbel to further expand my expertise.
