Searching for a therapist and starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Whether you are experiencing stress related to work, life transitions, or relationships, the therapeutic process is here to provide an outlet and for you to process your emotions and find relief. My role is to provide you with a welcoming/ judgement-free space, where you can feel heard and understood. I will support you in overcoming adversity, strengthening relationships, and increasing self-awareness. I work with adolescents and adults, and I integrate a wide range of therapeutic methods so I can provide therapy that best fits your personal needs and strengths.
