I’ve always been an "old soul” and felt drawn to finding deeper meaning in a chaotic world. I’m deeply interested in others’ stories and understanding how we grow, heal and thrive. I primarily work with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma, loss, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues and career issues. I’ve often found myself in awe at how the human spirit can weather even the greatest of storms. When I’m not seeing clients, you’ll find me spending time with my family, playing tennis or golf and enjoying the outdoors.
