I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a concentration of direct practice with children, youth and families. I also have obtained a Bachelors degree in Psychology .My therapeutic approach and training is in Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), CBT, DBT, and Parent-Child Relationship Therapy. I am passionate about working with individuals who are struggling with trauma, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression & looking to strengthen interpersonal relationships.
