I am a Professional Counselor located in Maryland. I received my Master's Degree from Grand Canyon University in 2015 after having been a special educator in the public school system for 9 years. I work with people struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD and more. I have 3 children and love spending time with them in my free time. I also have a dog, a cat, 2 sugar gliders and a hamster who also takes up a lot of my time! I enjoy traveling when possible, gardening, and baking. On your first session with me, you can expect to answer several questions about what brings you to therapy along with your background in order to assess what your needs are. I typically will also be able to tell you my tentative recommendations by the end of the first session.
