My focus is overall wellness through therapeutic and holistic health coaching practices. I support individuals and families from young adolescents to adults in looking at their lives as a whole and finding balance emotionally, mentally, physically, and socially. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, that supports treatment for anxiety/OCD, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and other life stressors. I also offer Clinical Supervision for licensure.
