I am not able to take new clients until Spring 2026. If you’re reading this, you deserve a safe place to explore whatever is taking up space in your mind and in your life that led you to seek therapy as a support. I believe we are all capable of making meaningful change in our lives if given the right tools and support. Whether you are wanting to process and work through past trauma, cope with anxiety, manage stressors, or navigate life changes, taking the first step and seeking help can be scary. Over the past 10 years I have worked with a wide variety of people and issues, however teens, young adults, and parents are populations that have connected well with me.
