It is easy to call me a therapist, but I see myself more as an advocate. Each one of us has dealt with a challenge, a change in life; some known, some unexpected. Regardless of the situation, having support, is critical. I can be a listener when you just want to vent or a sounding board and thought partner when you need to process. Through Motivational Interviewing and Solutions-based Therapy, I am here to provide the support you need by creating a safe space to develop empowerment and independence.
