Hi! Thanks for checking out my page. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that all people are good, and that with the right type of support and guidance, we will all find our way to a better life. When I work with individuals, my primary goal is to bring them to a place of self-knowledge and empathic self-acceptance, which stimulates an organic desire to self-actualize and grow. Using principles of the humanistic, existential, and psychodynamic schools of thought, I relate to my clients with openness and acceptance, with the intent of instilling the same within them and ultimately stimulating growth and healing.
