In today's society we can be faced with challenges that can affect our daily living. These issues can alter someone's thought process, mood and behavior. Without proper help these issues can manifest into severe mental health concerns. As a Mental Health Professional of 11 years, I've provided therapeutic services for community based treatment, Dept. of Juvenile Justice, ADOC and Acute Hospital settings. I've provided services for adolescent, individual, couples, family and group therapy. My goal is to establish a positive rapport and help an individual become self-aware to the challenges and stressors within their life.
