My approach is warm, relational, and client-centered while incorporating evidence-based models that work. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant. I specialize in EMDR therapy for those suffering from childhood trauma, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss. I have success with people new to therapy as well as those who have had therapy throughout their lives and are looking for something deeper.
