Hi! I'm Rachael, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals aged 16+ & adult clients seeking couples, individual & family therapy. I'm accepting new clients for telehealth with various daytime availability Monday to Friday. I'm here to help you with a variety of different concerns, such as relationships, substance use, body image/eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, therapy for individuals struggling with intimate partner/domestic violence, either in one of these relationships and wanting to leave, or healing in the aftermath of one. I do not work with couples where there is current DV/IPV.
