Currently Accepting New Clients! Are you finding your mind lives consistently in the future or stresses over the past? Are you finding yourself revisiting the same thoughts over and over? Sometimes it can feel like our brains are working against us and the more we try and fight, the more they win. Together we can explore ways to help you work through some of this difficulty while finding ways to feel joyful and present. My primary area of focus is working with clients on anxiety, parenting concerns, unhealthy coping skills like self-medicating and relationship issues.
