Equine assisted therapy is a unique approach to therapy that provides an alternate perspective to healing through building relationships. It can be beneficial for a variety of concerns including depression, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, etc. Working in an office setting can be intimidating and isn’t the right fit for everyone. This form of therapy can be a wonderful option for those who might not otherwise feel comfortable seeking help. Together, we will work on identifying goals and address them through working with the animal chosen. We have both goats and horses at the farm for clients to work with.
