We are a team of Licensed Professional Counselors and masters level therapists who bring together multiple years of experience and expertise working with diverse populations. Our therapists specialize in trauma informed care and believe in the intrinsic ability for each individual to heal, find their own path, and to create a life of meaning. It is possible to go from merely surviving and coping day-to-day, to truly thrive. Generational healing, changing patterns and post traumatic growth is attainable and have witnessed these many times over. Each of us specialize in specific therapy for healing such as EMDR, CPT and Somatic Experiencing.
