Letting go of what used to serve us isn’t easy. I work with individuals who are ready to make changes in their life in order to build a life they don’t feel the need to escape from. I am a LCSW with over 10 years of experiencing working with adults experiencing a range of challenges including depression, mania, anxiety, psychosis, substance misuse, and trauma. Your experiences and therapy needs are unique so I work to provide a customized intervention approach based on the needs and goals of each client.
