My ideal client is someone who is seeking a compassionate, authentic therapeutic relationship—someone who wants to feel truly heard, supported, and understood in a warm, nonjudgmental space. They may be navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity questions, burnout, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. Often, they are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck. They may understand why they feel the way they do, but are looking for support in learning how to live differently, with more ease, self-compassion, and alignment with their values. My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and ACT. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. Together, we build insight, resilience, and practical tools to support meaningful growth and lasting change.
