My ideal client is an at-risk youth or transitioning young adult (ages 9–24) who is navigating depression, anxiety, anger, or trauma tied to family conflict, violence, or loss. They may struggle with self-esteem, relationships, substance use, or adjusting after foster care or justice involvement. Their needs include safe guidance, emotional stability, coping skills, and a structured path forward. Their goals are to heal, gain confidence, strengthen relationships, and build a positive vision for their future. They want support because they are tired of feeling stuck and are ready for change, growth, and hope.
