Anxiety; depression; grief; life transitions; our self-esteem/self-worth, we all face the bumps in the road of life. I would like to help you on that journey. I have over 15 years’ experience in mental health, working with those from all walks of life. I have worked with active-duty-military; veterans; women; adolescents; teens; young adults in both inpatient/outpatient and community settings.
