If you are experiencing low motivation, sleepless nights, stress, or moodiness counseling services may be of benefit for you. Professional counseling services may also be of benefit to those who are having difficulty with adjustment following the loss of a loved one, job change, or traumatic event. My overall approach to therapy is holistic in nature, offering my expertise to help you gain deeper insight into yourself in addition to teaching you skills to cope with life challenges in a healthy manner. In a non-judgmental atmosphere, I offer therapeutic services to encourage an opportunity for you to communicate openly in a safe space. It should be noted that advice is not provided in counseling services. I take a goal oriented and strengths based approach to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to assist you with finding healthy solutions.
