Mudita meaning vicarious joy, experiencing happiness at the well-being of others. That is what I experience in getting to walk along side you in your journey to wellness. I am a PhD Psychologist who specializes in trauma across the lifespan from ages 7 to 107! I have experience working cross-culturally and frequently work with immigrant populations. I work with individuals as well as families and also practice both couples therapy and friend therapy! If you're struggling to recover from traumatic events that have happened or are feeling otherwise anxious and depressed or experiencing any life transitions, I'd love to walk with you!
