I work with kids, teens, adults, and families who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, family dynamic struggles, OCD, grief, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling alone, misunderstood, or weighed down by struggles they’ve carried for a long time. Some are managing severe mental health challenges and just need someone to truly hear them. My style is calm, collaborative, and compassionate. I focus on creating a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported, so you can start building clarity, confidence, and the tools you need to heal at your own pace.
