Hello! I am Murphy Hall (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana, who provides affirming, trauma-informed therapy to adults navigating identity, emotion regulation & healing from painful experiences. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ folx who are exploring sexuality, gender identity, & the impact of minority stress. I am queer identified & feel this adds to my practice. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity & a deep belief that your identity is not something to be "fixed" but understood and honored. I also specialize in working with individuals with personality disorders & those who have experienced trauma. I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, & Motivational Interviewing. I draw from these approaches flexibly, depending on your goals, strengths & readiness for change.
