I understand that many people come to therapy not knowing what to expect or what will help them and I'm here to help you figure that out. My ideal clients are those who want to make positive changes in their lives but find themselves discouraged or falling back in the same patterns time and time again. I believe that there is an infinite number of ways lasting positive changes can be achieved in therapy. Setbacks and pitfalls happen along anyone's journey to wellness and those do not have to be the end! With an open mind and a little creativity, we can create clear, reachable mental health goals together.
