Hi! My name is Sharon Dickey. I enjoy working with adults ages 18 and older helping them develop skills to increase their ability to manage their mental health symptoms and handle challenging situations they may encounter in life. I am a trauma trained therapist and I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness Based Therapy techniques. I am also trained in Grief Counseling, and I provide grief therapy for those who have experienced a loss. I specialize in diagnosing and treating clients who have anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), personality disorders and other behavioral and emotional disorders. I am organically a person-centered clinician, where I focus on providing empathy and compassion for my clients, while providing empowerment, motivation, and inspiration.
