It is important for me to create a safe and warm environment so that my clients feel comfortable enough to explore their world and emotions. I utilize a client-centered approach as well as integrate creative techniques that best support my clients at different moments of their lives. This means I allow clients to go where they need to in session, explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. I help clients find the strengths and resources they have within themselves to overcome the challenges they may be facing. I work with ages 2 and up. Play is the language of children, therefore, I believe play is the best approach to therapy for children 12 years of age and younger. Not currently accepting insurance. Communication via email is best!
