Life is constantly changing and adapting to these changes can be difficult. After all, we are all experiencing life for the first time together and we will make mistakes. This is all part of the learning process and our developmental growing pains. As a therapist, it is my goal to help my clients make their challenges workable and achieve a positive sense of well-being. I incorporate a lot of psychoeducation, including homework challenges to help my clients remain focused on their treatment goals.
