Many children and teens struggle with big emotions, anxiety, or difficulty fitting in—and as a parent, it can feel overwhelming. You want connection, not conflict. I provide compassionate, brain-based care to help kids build emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence. I’m trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and a certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) provider. I offer individual therapy at ALL IN in Golden Valley (July 2025) and lead parenting and social skills groups through my Storm to Steady and Regulation Rangers programs. I help children build emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and improve social skills. I use trauma-informed, strengths-based therapy tailored to each child’s needs. I also offer parent coaching and group therapy to support families with tools that work at home and in school.
