I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years experience in the mental health field. My practice includes counseling and neurofeedback, a safe, non-medication alternative for children and adults to help decrease symptoms which often get in the way of optimal functioning in daily life. In addition, I offer Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness based skills and other psychotherapy modalities to provide an individualized treatment plan in order to empower and enhance positive change and growth.
