Now accepting new clients! I know that life can often be challenging and can throw things at us that can leave a lasting impact. These experiences can leave us feeling like we're stuck in a cycle that is hard to break free from. Starting therapy is a brave step and it can also be a challenging process to find a counselor that is the right fit for you. My goal in therapy is to create a safe space where I work hand in hand with my clients. I strive to help clients work through the challenges they are facing, while helping them to discover the personal strengths that they possess.
