Throughout our lives, we often need support in overcoming challenges that prevent us from feeling fulfilled and living a healthy, vibrant life. Using a warm, genuine, and empathic approach, I work with clients to build trusting and collaborative relationships that help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves, experience emotional relief, and feel empowered to make profound change. I believe that creating a safe space for my clients is most important. I am especially passionate about bringing awareness to the importance of mental and emotional health, as well as making counseling services more accessible & acceptable to the African American community.
