Life is hard—it can be both overwhelming and isolating at times. In my current work with ages preteen through adult, common issues include emotional distress, identity shifts, life transitions, family/teen relationship issues, and trauma. You are the expert of your own life. My goal is to support you as you work to identify personal strengths, decrease anxiety/depression, build resilience, develop coping skills, explore your identity, examine societal pressures, work through the process of deconstruction, and understand the effects of trauma. Relevant Experience: learning about cultures different from my own by living abroad, volunteer for the Trevor Project, experience working with disabled individuals and their families, experience providing therapy in a high school setting, current work with individuals of different ages and backgrounds, double bachelor's in international studies/linguistics.
