As a Pre-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Medical Family Therapy, I help individuals, couples, and families process major life events—whether it’s a medical diagnosis, grief and loss, career shifts, family changes, or personal growth. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported in their growth. I support children, teens, and adults in building connection, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Using a whole-self approach, I consider the emotional, relational, and systemic factors that impact you. I’m DIR Floortime certified, which helps me honor diverse ways of processing the world. I offer a safe, inclusive space where all identities and family structures are respected and welcomed.
