About

I welcome working with adults of all ages to explore challenges of major life transitions, which often involve anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or anger. For clients who want to better manage stress, I teach and coach self-regulation techniques to help build resilience. I partner with those who wish to understand themselves better, treat themselves better, and live more satisfying and meaningful lives. Many find that talking with a therapist helps them to identify their feelings, improve communication and connection to others, find the strength to make necessary changes, and to live a more authentic life.
