I work with children, adolescents, and adults through a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and life transitions. I use a person-centered and strengths based approach when it comes to understanding and conceptualizing clients. I offer an integrative approach, drawing from various modalities of treatment such as narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. A crucial piece of my work centers around building a trusting and safe relationship with clients as I believe that the therapeutic relationship is essential to a client’s growth and development.
