Working with individuals, couples, and minors, who are navigating life's challenges, including mental health concerns, and substance-use disorders are who I'm looking for. Many of my clients may be feeling, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure on how to move forward. Through a supportive, non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship I help clients build insight, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward meaningful, personal and relational goals. Together we focus on restoring balance, strengthening emotional well-being, and creating practical steps toward a healthier, more stable lifestyle.
