My work is rooted in presence, curiosity, and genuine connection. I believe there is something sacred in being trusted with someone’s story. I listen with my whole self. I pay attention to what is said and what lingers beneath the words. I welcome laughter when it belongs, and I honor silence when required. Healing doesn’t happen behind a mask. It happens in a relationship. I work with people who are carrying more than they can name, while also holding the weight of cultural expectations, family roles, trauma histories, and societal pressures around who they should be. I hold space for the complexity of these experiences.
